De Boles is famous for their jerusalem artichoke flour, which is pretty rockin'. This angel hair pasta is whole wheat and made with their famous flour. It's super hearty and tasty. They've been around for like 70 years, so they know what they're doing. Just don't cook it for 10 minutes, or it'll be too soft.
