Did you say vegetarian worcestershire?

Made from stuff like apple cider vinegar, chicory root extract, and molasses, Annie's worcestershire works great. You can still craft a Caeser salad or a Bloody Mary, even without the anchovies. Or you can use this condiment, and get yourself some fresh anchovies or anchovies from your natural health food store. Recently many anchovies have fed on toxic algae and become toxic. I'm generally careful about what I buy that has fish in it.
