papaya dressing: not overpowering tang that will zestify your fishes (and salads)

I was in a pinch and didn't have cooking ingredients when I purchased some fresh ahi. Since I didn't have any oil, seasonings, or other cooking ingredients, I picked up a bottle of Annie's papaya dressing with poppy seeds, and I used it to pan-fry my ahi. It came out great, and I instantly became a fan of this flavor of Annie's dressings. It's also organic and has a nice tropical pink flavor.
