This roll on formula works really fast, it usually works in less than 24 hours for me. The trick is you can only use it very specifically. It specifically only works on an "active" & open zit that the liquid can get into--just putting it on a zit that has cropped up doesn't do anything. Also for a zit that the infection is gone already, if you use it, it slows down the healing process of the skin repairing itself.

It helped keep my skin clear.
I did see a difference in my skin while using the parsley blemish stick. However, I did not give the full 5 stars because I feel that the Desert Essence blemish stick works better. It could be in my head though. I prefer this type of acne treatment because with the built-in applicator, there is no garbage created, i.e., no need to use a cotton pad.
