Patagonia (the company)

Patagonia is one of my favorite clothing companies. As an avid backpacker I am always looking for new products that are not only functional but are also manufactured by companies that care about the environment. Patagonia not only meets this criteria they excel. They use organic cotton and recycled materials to create their products, donate 1% of their proceeds to environmental groups, and allow customers to return their worn out products for recycling. I think most outdoor enthusiasts would also agree that Patagonia's products are amongst the best in the world. I have used their capilene underwear and fleeces. Both products are comfortable, functional, and very durable. The only downside to Patagonia's products is that they are very expensive; however, I feel their products are worth it.
