Craving a Peanut Butter Cookie?

I was craving a peanut butter cookie last week, but I'm allergic to peanuts...and I'm gluten intolerant. What did I do? I baked up a batch of peanut butter cookies using The Cravings Place Peanut Butter Cookie Mix, substituting the peanut butter with sunflower butter. I put the dough by heaping tablespoons onto the cookie sheet, flattened them with a glass, and made the crisscross pattern with a fork across their tops, like I did when my kids were little. The cookies turned out great! I keep them in the freezer for those times when I get another craving for a peanut butter cookie.
