Serve Al Dente - No Need to Rinse
My favorite organic, gluten-free pastas comes from bionaturae (no-GMO's). Their penne rigate is made to perfection with organic rice flour and starch, organic potato starch, organic soy flour. The pasta stays firm, but not chewy, and needs no rinsing prior to serving. Bionaturae pastas closely match the flavor, texture, and nutritional content of wheat pastas.
