Not only is this a great orgainic product... if you use self tanners... it takes the smell off your skin so great. Leaves you smelling peppermint fresh! Great wake up in the morning.

This soap is great, it's awesome, it's amazing! The tingling sensation is unique. The only downside to this soap is that it doesn't moisturize. If you don't have dry skin or brittle hair then Dr. Brommer's soap will be your miracle. I use it as body wash when I am home in California, but need a bodywash with moisture when I am at school in Colorado (a dry desert). I stopped using it as shampoo because I found it left my hair a little dry. Besides it's lack of moisture (which I'm sure is one of the reasons that it is so environmentally friendly) the soap smells great and gives you that awesome tingly feeling all over and in special places. I really like it because I take hot showers and when I get out of the shower it is like a cool breeze is hanging all over my body. Honestly, when I don't use Dr. Brommer's soap I feel hot for a half hour after I take a shower; I'll get into a car and turn the air all the way up while everybody else screams at me because they are freezing. When I use Brommer's, I don't have this problem.

I love my Dr. Bronner's peppermint soap--it gives me a refreshing feeling in the morning as I take my shower. The soap is very mild and I use it on my face, body and hair. It is truly a great all around great mild cleaner from an environmentally conscious company. I just wish it was a little cheaper.

I may as well entitle this review with the same hyperbole used to hawk far more toxic substances for centuries. If you check the site "Skin Deep", you'll find that Dr. Bronner's products are consistently rated as some of the least toxic personal care products available. Also, cheap and smells good. What else do you want?

Dr Bronner's liquid soaps are possibly my favorite soap -- I can use them for my skin, my hair, my cat, my shower, my dishes, my car. The soaps are biodegradable which means -- yes -- you can take them camping. Washing your hair over a bucket and rinsing right onto the ground. Yay!
The bonus with Peppermint is that it leaves you feeling very tingly and clean -- it's a good thing.

I like the way the soap suds, however, I think the peppermint smell is too strong. Plus, it drys out the skin after you're done using it. I also have sensitive skin and its too stingy sometimes.

I love Dr. Bronner's soaps and the peppermint is my favorite (especially in the summertime). The cool minty tingle can cool me off even on the hottest of days. I buy it by the case so that I always have it available for my shower and as gifts. Plus the bottle is packed with reading material!

I love this soap. I sent some to my mother in law, who lives in Turkey where it gets 100+ degrees with high humidity, and now she requests this soap each time we visit.
What's amazing is that in hot, humid conditions, you actually do feel clean after using Dr. Bronner's. I like that, when I'm out in nature, I can rinse off in a stream and use a modest amount of this soap without causing harm. Also, you really can feel clean using a washcloth with some Dr. Bronner's if you don't feel like a full on shower or you're out camping. This stuff is fabulous, and you'll always find it in my shower.

This stuff is the bomb! It helps wake me up in the mornings when I take a shower, and feels clean and invigorating. It lathers very well, and best of all is available in the bulk section of my local co-op!

I can't even begin to say enough good thigs about this soap! It leaves you feeling tingly clean, and the few times I have showered without it have not been a pleasant experience. Before I starting using peppermint soap, my legs would always have this gross, white, soapy residue (especially after shaving). Now, I get a clean shave (with no razorburn). I also use it to clean my face and occasionally wash my hair (although I wouldn't recommend washing your hair with it if you need to go somewhere that your hair needs to look nice). I don't sell this product, but check out my website (www.ilovemyorganics.com) and reviews for other great organic products!

This is the best - buy a gallon jug and get set for a bracing surge of the most wonderful peppermint every time you shower. If you scrub hard enough, you can actually feel the tingle. You won't smell like peppermint for the rest of the day unless you forget to rinse behind your ears.

This soap is loaded with peppermint essential oil and coconut oil as well. Dr. Bronner's soaps are alkali-free and contain no beef tallow residues like most soaps. Back in the day alkali-rich ashes were used with beef tallow in the saponification process for making soap, and actually most mainstream soaps haven't strayed that far from this original process. Lather up with this smooth and creamy product. It is heavily concentrated so you don't need much of it.

This is the most amazing soap for face and body, and even works as a shampoo too! Free of parabens and other harmful materials found in conventional and even many "natural" cosmetics, Dr. Bronner's smells amazing and uses truly natural and organic ingredients. Better yet, they are converting to all fair trade for their major ingredients. The bar soap works wonders on my skin (sensitive and combination) and the liquid soap I use as a shampoo when travelling. Best thing is, it's affordable!

This is one of my favorite face washes. You buy it in concentrate and add water, so it lasts a long time. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin and this works wonderfully for me. The writing on all Dr. Bronner's packaging is weird cult-like gibberish as far as I'm concerned, but who cares what the package says as long as the product works?

I love waking up to a shower with this stuff. It's tingly and refreshing. It also fulfills my dream of being able to use the same thing for body, hair, and face. I still have to use a conditioner to tame my weave though.

I love washing with Dr. B's Peppermint Soap because it's really tingly and super refreshing. It's perfect the lather up with it after my bike rides. I use it in my hair and on my body. It also lasts forever and is really affordable! Yay Dr. Bronner's

This is a classic for vegetarians and older hippie commune dwellers. Great for lots of uses but best for a tingly shower. There's also a documentary film out now about the founder Dr Bronner, as told by his son and colleagues. All-one-god-faith philosophy expounded on label.

This stuff is awesome. You can use it for anything. I've mopped floors with it, cleaned surfboards with it, and regularly shower with the stuff. I think you can even brush your teeth with it too. I dig the peppermint scent, and it's always funny to read the crazy dogma on the label.
