Perfect Pushup for Less

We bought The Perfect Pushup for my son as a "filler gift" at Walmart for $20 - without all the extra Navy Seal stuff, but the same product "as seen on TV." He seemed to like it as a workout supplement.

Seems cool, but does it work...

So here is my take on the Perfect Pushup workout thing. I used it and my arms certainly got sore, but I have to wonder if this single pushup really worked as many muscle groups as well as the commercial on TV said it did. It seems to me like I could probably work all of those muscle groups without spending $40. Additionally, it seems to me that even if this product does work as well as it is advertised, it could still only be one of multiple workout tools in your at home arsenal.

That being said, i tried them at a friends house, and he keeps them outside so that he can do pushups in the sun without messing up his hands. Basically, this seems like a cool product if you have $40 dollars to spend, but otherwise i would suggest investing in a gym membership.
