Making children cry

I work at PNC in administration so I don't get a lot of contact with the families that come to our programs, except over the phone. Even so, I have witnessed the powerful effect of the programming. On multiple instances we have had younger children burst out in tears when they learn it is time to go after a workshop or even if they will be missing a day of summer camp. Even though we would never hope to make s child cry - crying because they don't want to leave is a wonderful compliment!
