kim parker, pilates instructor

I have been taking a mat class from Kim for several months now and I think it is the best mat class I have ever taken. Kim is calm, focused and knows just how hard to push her students. She works around any injuries I might have--but those injuries always feel better after the class. If you are looking for a great mat class this is it. She also teaches it at the Ebell on Wilshire Blvd and Lucerne in Hancock Park every Friday at 9:30 am. You don't have to be a member or sign up for a series of classes --just come and pay per class.
