I speak Boontling, do you?
In the late 1800's, a bunch of residents in the Anderson Valley got bored, so they created a new language called Boontling, so no one else could understand them. The beer comes from that area, and is named after words from the language. This pale ale is amber yellow with a smooth finish and bright hoppiness. I'm a huge fan -- they've won all kinds of awards because their beer is truly some of the best. But watch out, it'll creep up on you given its some 7 percent alcohol content. This is top-notch beer.
