Soy & Dairy Free Protein Drink Mix
It's hard to rate any protein drink mix 5 stars -- they all kind of taste the same -- a bit "blah." Unless you add raw cacao powder like I do. I also use twice as much liquid as recommended -- that makes them a lot easier to drink and fills me up better than 8 oz of water for one scoop.
Rainbow Light's product tastes better than most protein drinks -- it works pretty well and mixes well with all the other stuff I use for my breakfast smoothie.
The manufacturer's description: "Easy to digest, delicious low-fat, low-carb vegetarian protein shake with no added sugar, featuring 15 grams of 100% hypoallergenic rice protein, stimulant-free energy support from adaptogenic herbs, plus 500 mg of spirulina and 6 grams of fiber"
It's much cheaper elsewhere online -- try Vitacost.com or Mothernature.com
