I have to agree with Chris B.

When I got to town, everyone told me this was the shop to use. I know a little about bikes but the guy behind the counter had to make sure he was the smart one. OK little buddy, whatever you say. I mean, if you gota make sure you're the smart one, go for it , by yourself - Good riddance Pullins, there's plenty of shops around. Kick us back some info Chris B., Where did you end up going for courteous workers.

A real, good bike shop

Steve has owned Pullins for decades and has succeeded in a town filled with bike shops because he offers great service, knowledge, bikes, and a great place to work for his employees.

Horible Customer Service

When I tried to get my bike fixed here I received horrible customer service. The young man who was "helping" me was condescending, rude and treated me like I was bothering him. When I pointed this out to the owner, he too was disrespectful and told me that he backed his employees 100%; that it must be me who was being difficult.

I was stunned, I have never been called difficult (except by my wife) in my life! I was just trying to get my bike fixed. I will never return to Pullins again, ever.

Nor Cals finest little bike shop

Pullin's is a family own business that's been in continuous operation since 1918. Steve O'Brien have taken patient care to restore bikes from the 1940's to the present. I work at a Natural Food store across the street and if I take my bike in the morning it's often done by lunchtime. Steve is also knowledgeable of local bike trails and routes and has a bike to fit anyones ambition or skill level. Kevin Durkin
