"Outrageously Delicious" Chocolate Bar
My husband bought me this chocolate bar at the Bijou Art Cinema last night, when we went to see the French comedy "My Best Friend" with Daniel Auteuil. He said he couldn't resist.
Their claim is true...I've been snapping off nibblets of their 3 ounce Pure Dark Chocolate Bar, and it IS "outrageously delicious" AND free of dairy and gluten. This bar is for "serious chocolate lovers" that "want their chocolate straight". It's so solid of a slab that it snaps off when you bite into it, but then melts in your mouth with a very slight bitter taste, telling your taste buds that it's really good chocolate and not too sweet.
For me, who loves dark chocolate, the Pure Dark bar has the perfect balance of organic chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter and vanilla. They add soy lecithin as the emulsifier.
