This is a good, mild shampoo. It didn't do anything particularly wonderful to my hair, neither did it cause any damage. It's mild enough to use every day, which is something I look for in a shampoo, but still left my hair feeling clean. The fragrance is excellent, a pleasant floral citrus that wasn't overpowering at all.
With that said, though - an 8.5 ounce bottle of Pure Essential Hair Bath costs $22. Plus tax! My bottle was a gift from a reasonably new friend, I didn't buy it for myself. It was embarrassing to check out the Innersense website and see the price. I'd said thank you, but when I saw that amount I wondered whether I should mail a card.
Innersense seems to be extremely careful with their ingredients, and I'm sure their products are all high quality. Unfortunately, they cost more than I think it's necessary to spend.

Pure Essential Hair Bath & Pure Inspiration Daily Conditioner are the best natural hair care products I have ever found for fine hair. The sulfate-free shampoo is so gentle it doesn't strip color at all. The conditioner penetrates easily and rinses so clean it doesn't weigh hair down. They don't contain silicones & resins and other stuff like a lot of other hair products. Just natural organic proteins & moisturizers to leave hair shiny and manageable. My hair has never had so much body! I love this combo.
