quinoa is an ancient grain of egypt. of course, the ancients did not always cook their grains in a pot with boiling water. grains were prepared by overnite soaking. because of the intense heat, nite and day, the grain fermented. not only did it make it soft, but increased its alkalinity. we all know alkaline food is very healthy.

The texture of this product was challenging. The chocolate flavor was too strong. The Apple Cinnamon wasn't too bad. All in all a no go for me.
