Very Disappointed!
I was very happy when I found this site, because I like my shoes 1)vegetarian 2)made under fair labor practices 3)purty. This seemed to fit the bill on counts. In addition, the shoes were on the cheap side, and shipping was free.
Basically I'm unhappy because 1)I ordered something that was out of stock - this wasn't indicated by the site 2)they were slow to notify me of this 3)they stated that I could receive a refund or choose another shoe - but 5 days later I still have no reply to the email response I sent to them.
It could be that this experience is atypical, and I just had bad luck. But it's definitely something to keep in mind.
