Quick, tasty, eco-Italian!

Three days a week, I work at a local yoga studio until late. Getting home around 9-9:30 pm, I am not much in a mood to good. At first, I got frozen Lean Cuisine dishes, but something just seemed to be missing. This week, I tried Amy's Ravioli Bowl from the Frozen Foods section and I was blown away with how tasty it was - let alone that there was so much in it. I'm an addict now: D
