Minimally processed organic cheese from raw milk.
Buycheese is raw when the milk use to make it is not pasteurized... most milk is heated to kill bacteria but in the process kills good bacteria and destroys vitamins and enzymes... so organic raw cheese not only tastes superior but it is also full of nutrients and enzymes that processed (pasteurized) cheese does not have
This cheese was pretty decent. As a cheddar fan in general, I definitely wouldn't pass this stuff by; although, I didn't find it as "sharp" as I expected from the package label. And... how is cheese raw? I don't get it...

I wouldn't say that it left a bad taste in my mouth, but it definitely left a taste in my mouth, perhaps a bit longer than I would have liked it to.

I don't know what it means that this cheese is raw, I'll admit it. But it tastes really good, not smoky whatsoever. It's got great classic sharp cheddar taste, a mildly yellow complexion (aka not dyed orange) and it's organic. I don't know where it's made though, and there are some pretty good local cheeses to the SF Bay Area.

This raw milk cheddar has a great flavor. I am a cheddar lover, and this was really very sharp without being crumbly or dry at all. I will definitely get this organic cheese again.

This cheese tastes pretty good. I have a weakness for cheddar though. It was good however and probably is the first organic cheddar I've tried. Good texture, but not as good as Beecher's.
