Rawganique cannot pull orders right to save their company

Yet another testament to previous reviews. They just can't pull orders. Customer service is a joke as well. I even called and reviewed my order with them (after 5-6 failed calls left on hold and disconnected), and they failed. Good products, but they've got one hell of a retard(s) working in purchasing/customer service...or they need more people and they're cheap asses.

The whole truth, unrestrained.

very poor customer service, possibly scamming customers on gift certificates

My parents bought me a gift certificate for $150 for Rawganique many months ago. I tried to use the gift certificate on the company's website, but the online form did not recognize the gift certificate number or allow me to use it. Then I placed my order by phone using the gift certificate. I was told some of the items I wanted were on back order and would take a few extra weeks. I waited over a month for my order to arrive and received nothing in the mail and so called the company. They said the items were still on back order. I waited another month and received nothing and called again. They said the items were still on back order. I waited several more months and received nothing and called the company again. This time they said they had no record of my having ever placed an order. They couldn't find my name in their system at all, though they still recognized the gift certificate number as valid.

So I placed another order. Again, they said some items I wanted were not available and would need to be back ordered (different items from last time!). I waited months again to receive my order, and received nothing, and again called to check in, and again was told the items were still not in. Now it has been over 3 months since placing the second order and I still have received nothing. Now I have been in the loop with this company for the better part of a year trying to get delivery of items that have already been paid for by my parents. This is a horrible runaround. The staff do not sound motivated to help me get this resolved when I call.

poor customer relations

I ordered 6 organic help curtains from Rawganique. The 4 that arrived were beautiful and I love them. Unfortunately, they sent 2 shower curtains instead of the last 2 curtains. These were far rougher fabric with pulls and bunches (though the same hemp fiber), a slightly different shade, four inches shorter, and labeled "shower curtain" on the bag - it was not my imagination that they weren't a match. I emailed Rawganique about my problem and they just replied to send them back for exchange or refund. I had to pay the incredible $44 in postage (to Canada) though it was their mistake. Nothing about "I'm sorry we sent the wrong item", even. Needless to say, I am very dissatisfied with their customer service. So even though the ones hanging in my windows are lovely, I would not order from them again. I work for LLBean and this would never, never have happened with us.

color me impressed

When searching for organic hemp rope (to make a cat scratching pole) I found rawganique. I had to wait awhile for my order, since the rope was not yet available, but it finally arrived and I am ever so pleased. The rope is great, surely but after reading more about this company, treading so lightly on the earth, based in Canada actually, on Denman Island, they are kindred spirits. The eco boutique sells organic food and textiles. They are powered off the grid, and garden all their own food, wow. I hope to emulate them someday.

Raw wit it!

Rawganique has sustained my current material existence. Without their Cannabliss line (through Ecolution) of shirts and other hemp clothes, hemp paper, bathroom products, and hemp food products, I would be struggling in a major way to maintain a lifestyle of aligned actions and beliefs. Even though there are many other organic clothing companies, Rawganique holds a unique place in life's journey.
