Yield: 9x13 pan
2-3 over ripe bananas
1 can coconut milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup agave
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp allspice
1 cup ground golden flax meal
1 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup quinoa flour
1/2 cup walnuts
-Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
-Mix first 4 ingredients
-Add next 3 ingredients
-Combine the remaining ingredients
Bake appx 30 min until golden brown and check the center with a tooth pick and make
sure its dry.
