Recipe for Raw Halvah

Delicious, Raw, Healthy Treat Made with Just Almonds, Tahini, Honey, Vanilla, and Cacao

Active Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 70 minutes

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup raw tahini
3 T raw honey
1 T vanilla
1 T raw carob/cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Ground almonds in food processor then add other ingredients -- except
    cocoa.
  2. Take half mixture out and press into pan. Place cocoa in rest and
    process.
  3. Press chocolate mixture over halvah. Place in freezer 1 hour.
  4. Cut into little squares. Makes 20-25 pieces
