quality Thai red curry paste

Thai Kitchen makes a good red curry paste if you don't have time to make one yourself. Loaded with the likes of ginger, chili, and lemongrass, it's great in coconut red curry, stirfry, or as an accouterment to your favorite Thai dish. And it's not that spicy.
