chicago's best bread
If you've eaten at any fine restaurant in this city, chances are you've tried the renown bread of Red Hen. It is simply the best tasting bread, artisan bread at it's finest, without preservatives and served fresh. It is mixed and shaped by hand, left to rise slowly and baked in a stone deck oven. They have 2 retail locations, one in Wicker Park, another in Lincoln Park, and besides bread sell fabulous pastries, and sandwiches. Everything is natural and some of it is organic. At restaurants I covet this bread, never sated by the serving, I always want more!

Best Bakery in Chicago
Don't ever go to another bakery if you're in the Wicker Park/Bucktown area. You'll be cheating yourself if you do.
