like the concept, but not yet reddy...

I bought a 3 pack of these cloth menstrual pads at the SF Green Festival a couple of years ago. The woman who sold them to me told me that she looked forward to getting her period since she started using these. They also help divert landfill - I can't remember the exact # but we fill alot of it up with these paper products. She also recommended soaking them in water after use and using the water for my plants - as it would be rich in nickel and potassium which is good for the plants. I tried using them a few times (didn't water my plants) but after a few times, couldn't quite get used to them. I'm gonna try them again as the paper products feel so wasteful and it would be cool if i looked forward to my periods.
