Dinner in 12
Today was one of those days I didn't want to spend much time on dinner when I got home. I wanted something quick and easy, but tasty. So, tonight I served up big bowls of Annie's Mac & Cheese - gluten-free Rice Pasta & Cheddar. I like my mac & cheese extra cheesy, so I stirred in a big handful of freshly grated cheese. One thing I especially like about the rice pasta is that it doesn't fall apart on me after boiling 10-12 minutes.
