Galaxy Foods Eat Green Program

I like the Rice Vegan slices. They actually melt like real cheese.

Looked at the galaxyfoods.com website, and they have a Eat Green for Body and Earth program where you can vote on the type of carbon offset projects they support and learn about their overall campaign.

Welcomed Relief

While I enjoy Follow Your Heart's Vegan Courmet Cheese, I am happy that there is Competition when it comes to Vegan Cheeses. I have not tried the Cheddar or American Flavors but I am feeling confident that will satisfy Vegan and not Diary eaters. Reason number one is that they have made it easier to make a delicious vegan sandwich by having pre wrapped slices. Reason number two is that it does not have that soy aftertaste and the overwhelming taste or nutrional yeast. Reason number three is that it is a great substitue for those who may have a soy intolerance or who are concerned about having too much soy and still want to maintain a vegan lifestyle or live diary free while avoiding trans-fats thta can be found it other sliced cheeses such as Tofutti! This will definetly impress the non diary and vegan consumer.
