coffee worth standing in line for
I've come to appreciate Ritual more and more, even though initially I kept her at a distance. It's cool, Ritual now has super-specialty rarities that you can have handpressed for you on the spot. I think that we'll see more and more of this over the coming years, the spirit of artisan micro-batching. Ritual now roasts all of their own coffees. They used to serve Portland's amazing Stumptown but they no longer do now that they've switched to their own coffees. Their coffee is the finest, they're totally all about sustainability, and even though the lines can be astoundingly long most any day, it's well worth the wait if you want a killer cup of joe.
