Rooibos tea for antioxidants

Rooibos tea is not only delicious but it has high levels of antioxidants and low tannin levels (won't stain your teeth). Unlike black teas, it has no caffeine, either!

Rooibos is a shrub, common in South Africa, that grows up to 2 meters high and has small yellow flowers on it in the spring. The plant has been used for a long time medicinally - extracts are used in skin ointments for eczema, and tea is used to soothe the stomachs of colicky babies. Consumption of rooibos tea may relief fever, asthma, insomnia, colic in infants and skin disorders.
