This cracker has strong rosemary and sesame flavors, it taste really good just by itself. And I also tried with cheese which makes me realized that it doesn’t go well with strong and rich cheese like blue cheese or goat cheese. I felt all strong flavors go into my mouth that make me ditsy. But I can imagine Camembert, Brick, or Brie tops these crackers and complements grapes, pears or melons… Yummy!
Maybe these crackers would be fine without cheese, but with the cheese I tried it with (cowgirl creamery nettle cheese) it was just too strong. I love the smell of Rosemary, but since I started getting into green, I've gotten all kinds of Rosemary-based shampoos, soaps and body oils that I feel weird eating it now.
Besides the overpowering Rosemary flavor, the crackers were a bit thin and would break while spreading creamy cheese.
I'm a rosemary lover and these crackers are heaven for me. I tried them with cheese on it and it was good but only without anything on it you can get the full rosemary flavor.
I'm giving only 4 stars because I also love sesame and I could not found the sesame taste. The rosemary is really strong.

These crackers smell and taste good, have the consistency of a saltine, and goes well with cheese. :) They're also organic. I definitely do not mind eating them.
But, they're imported from Italy (I have nothing against Italians or their crackers, it just takes a lot of steam to get the crackers to CA). They're also packaged in groups of 5, and a bunch of these smaller packages are together in a larger package. Too much packaging! And all of it non-recyclable plastic.

These little crunchy crackers have a great rosemary flavor that works well with cheeses or on their own. They are organic too!
I'm a huge fan of rosemary - it's truly the Herb of the Gods. In fact, it has been a symbol of friendship and remembrance for centuries. Hundreds of years ago it was dipped in gold, tied with a ribbon and given as a keepsake at weddings. Although times have changed, one thing has stayed the same: rosemary's great aromatic flavor. Suzie has done a great job of incorporating rosemary into a light and flaky cracker. My only gripe is that because it's so light, it's pretty crumby too. Definitely not good for dipping. Bring a napkin to catch your stray crumbs and enjoy!
Decent crackers. A little on the sweet side. These are a good cheese companion, if you're not against highly processed foods. They seemed similar in taste to no-brand / nabisco saltines.
