Super ripped off San Francisco Veterinary Specialists. All about money

If you have dog for emergency stay away from SF Veterinary Specialists. Also stay away from Dr. J. G. Anderson (cold blood heart). This animal hospital is supper ripped off. The Doctor also threat and scare people so they can raise up price 10+ time higher than other veterinary hospital. This hospital counts 2 bills - day and nigh. Don't be fool if your dog stays only 1 night. You will get charge 2-3 bills @ $500-$1000 per bill. If your quotation is $1000, you will end up paying $6000-$10,000. Quotation never work, please read hidden message and condition. They can raise or change price anytime. Again don't be fool by the nice and clean hospital. Dr. J. G Anderson, also part of owner. Bad reputation among Vet Doctors. Please ask around and get words from other DR. She is all about money and had no care to your animal. Dr. J G Anderson will smile and treat your animal VIP when you loaded with money.

I have changed new doctor for my dog. Spend less than $800. My doctors told me my dog is not as worse as what Dr. J. G Anderson mention. There are more victims from SF hospital, I'm not the only one. I have been ripped off $8000 from original quotation of ($800 low estimate - $2000 high estimate). When Dr. J. G anderson found out that I can no longer support more high bill. The only suggestion I got is just pay the $8000 bill and put my dog to sleep. I was not happy and argue with Dr. when the high estimate is only around $2000. Dr. J. G Anderson told me, that is her price, we are not here to work for free. Special instruction was to cashier Pay or no dog. Now my dog is totally fine and very healthy.

SFVS - compassionate vets

I had an FIV+ kitty who had a lot of health problems at the end of her life -- Dr Alan Stewart at SFVS was a reliable ally and provided excellent treatment to Missy. He was smart, sincere and considerate. Everyone at the clinic was always very friendly when I visited -- and the facilities have always been top notch. I highly recommend SFVS -- they are great for emergencies and regular visits.

great holistic department

they have an entire floor dedicated to eastern healing, and very dedicated practitioners. my dog had very advanced cancer and i took him in for acupuncture. it eased his pain enough to make his passing more comfortable. i've also taken a cat in who had an auto-immune problem, and after several treatments he's like a brand new cat (seriously!!!). my only gripe is the cost. it's super super expensive, so really budget and be realistic about treating your pet at this place.
