My favorite shoes!
My Earth Solar mary janes are my absolute favorite shoes. I looked for a long time to find a shoe that would give me comfort, not only in my feet but in my whole body, and style. Granted, not all their shoes are stylish. They do have several that are really cute though. And I definitely go back and forth between my Earth shoes and others. In fact, one of the reasons I love them is because they have helped my body get back to "normal" and now I can wear other shoes again (even heels for an evening here and there). My biggest complaints would be: 1. that I would love more sleek and stylish choices from Earth; 2. that I couldn't find an Earth sandal that fit well and was stylish enough for my taste.

But Pick One!
Negative-heel shoes can be extremely comfortable, but I learned the hard way not to go back and forth.
Packing for a three-week vacation that involved hours of walking every day, I took a pair of comfortable boots with two-inch heels and a pair of negative-heeled flats.
I nearly destroyed my feet by going back and forth. With four or five days to go I could hardly walk.
I limped along in the boots and recovered quickly, but the lesson was clear - be careful how you mix!
Give negative heels a try, though, they're a great option.

Negative heel technology
These shoes allow your body to have proper alignment, putting your heels at a slightly lower level than the rest of your foot, as they are when walking in sand. Your weight is distributed better and your posture corrects itself. I love the two pairs I have, the sandals survived my daily miles of walking in Europe last fall, and the mary janes are great for everyday and work. I hope they expand their line for more stylish options and colors. Anyone who wears heels should spend a day in these shoes to feel the difference they can make to your back and posture.
