Customer service hiccup, but good product

I tried to order some organic cotton undershirts (who knew they would be so hard to find?) through this website, and 3 weeks later, I still hadn't received the goods or any communication from the company. I emailed repeatedly asking for the status of the order, and was finally forced to dispute it through Paypal. Turns out the owner was swamped, and sent me my order fairly shortly after. I was kinda peeved about having to wait for a month, but the shirts are nice and soft, and good quality! Hoping my next experience with them is better.
