Organic is good, and fried is tasty, but I don't think it's necessarily healthy or sustainable as such. That said - salt and pepper kettle chips are the best thing since over crisped fried potatoes. They're less greasy than the extra crispy breakfast potatoes I would have as a kid and more peppery. My sister and I demolished a bag together, and I will now stick to only the small single portion sizes. These chips are dangerous.

I'm a huge Kettle chips fan -- I've almost always got the salt and pepper kind with ridges, that come in large sizes, on hand for munching.
But this brand is organic and made with sea salt, and has an extra almost barbecue peppercorn hit of flavor. Very tasty.
I'm curious to know what percentage of Kettle Chips' products are organic? A small number, I'd imagine, as the organic kind are difficult to find, in my experience, even though every co-op and now even Wal-Greens last I checked carries Kettle Chips, which have mainlined the mainstream.
Did you know that all of Lay's potato chips are made from organic potatoes? That's what my friends who met with Lay's told me -- I still don't believe it. But that's a tangent unrelated to this review, other than that it's a review about chips.
Kettle Chips rule.

Potato chips can never be good for you if you eat a whole bag, it's true. But these are crunchy, not so greasy, and perfectly salted and peppered. This is one of those organic products that don't taste like cardboard. Little more expensive than Doritos, but they definitely taste better.
