Address map 501 Seven Stars Rd WMy parents seem to be stuck in 1969, my mom is a freakin green goddess and my father is well not.He still has that hippie attitude but its mainly targeted toward the government. My dad saw an Inconviant Truth and became obsessed with going green and decreasing his carbon foot print. My parents live near a place called Pete's Produce and I convinced him to start shopping local. Petes sells the Seven Stars yogurt. My dad goes crazy for it. He eats the maple flavor every day. Its great because he buys it local, and as a die hard animal activist I like seeing that cows are treated well. I love this company, and their yogurt is certianly better then all that gross processed crap.

Seven Stars dairy gets the top "5 cow" rating from the Cornucopia Institute--they rated organic dairies based on 12 different factors (see http://cornucopia.org/dairysurvey/index.html). And it tastes so good that I eat it plain. Delicious! Yogurt from healthy-living cows doesn't need any adornment. And there's no need to avoid the milk fat when the cows are healthy pasture-fed ones like at Seven Stars, so don't skimp, eat the whole yogurt, it's good for you!

If you love yogurt, but are concerned about the rampant mistreatment of cows on factory farms and don't want to fill your body with hormones, antibiotics, and other "extras" that are added to many dairy products, you must try Seven Star Farms organic yogurt. The only thing added is acidophilus, bifidus, and other live cultures. No dry milk, stabilizers, corn syrup, fructose sweeteners or artificial flavorings (like many of the other so-called "natural" brands.) This is the real deal from a small biodynamic farm... I am completely hooked! Add some fruit, a few walnuts and a squeeze of honey, and you've got a quick breakfast you can feel good about!
