Addictive salad dressing...

I confess -- when I break down and buy packaged goods that cost more per ounce than platinum, it's usually Annie's Shitake & Sesame Vinaigrette. OK - so it's not *that* expensive -- usually around $3 for an 8 oz bottle but still much more expensive than making it yourself.

This salad dressing has a very tasty savory, dark and rich flavor -- it's not your standard oil/vinegar combination. It's dairy-free and vegan -- and a tremendous convenience to have at work.

Though not organic, Annie's uses "all natural" ingredients and their quality tends to be quite high. Highly recommended if you're looking for something a little different for your salad.

Try this dressing on a spinach salad toped with shredded daikon or jicama (for yummy crunch), chopped red onion and red bell peppers (for the vitamin c). Delish!

Sensational Shitake!!

If you like the taste a tang with a splash of Shitake, try Annie's Naturals salad dressing, Shitake Sesame Dressing. This zest of flavor will linger after each bite. You only need a splash of the dressing - a little goes a long way. It's great to consume a product when you know the proceeds are going to a good cause.
