Keep It Slow
Too much of our society today focuses on how much we can get done in as short a period of time as possible. Its almost as if we spend out entire lives running around trying to accomplish things just so we can get more things and accomplish more things with them. Now don't get me wrong, there is NOTHING wrong with accomplishment, but i definitely think there is something wrong with a world where Donald Trump can be lauded for only needing to sleep 4 hours a night! I mean come on!
The fast life, fast food lifestyle that we live today is taking a toll on our bodies and our communities. This website will show you WHY, and exactly what you can do to FIX IT.
