Quick, Easy, Delicious!
My only complaint about this product is that our local grocery store is almost always out of it! We've decided to buy as many packages as they have the next time we see it in stock!
We are not vegetarians, but eat mostly vegetarian. I guess you could say we don't like commitment. I love Tacos and Burritos and anything Mexican or Mexican-inspired, but I don't like to cook beef and don't find most beef available to be at all appetizing.
This stuff is far superior to ground beef. It tastes better and there's NO grease! I love the flavor, texture, everything.
This is a great product that carnivores, herbivores, and omnivores, can all agree on! Great for a taco night that everyone enjoys!

This sounds like a very convenient product but I'd have to stay away because stuff with soy protein isolate tends to be a bit over processed for my body to process. :) Though it's not really "mexican" -- I grew up... more »

that sounds good, but until I work less than 18 hours a day, smart ground burrito it is! I'll keep this recipe though. sounds yummy. maybe my student loans will magically disappear and I'll have time to cook again... more »

Ha ha ha! Don't count on that with student loans - I finished school in 1995 and they are only about 50% paid off. If you default, do they take your brain away like if you default on a mortgage? more »
