Perfect for Vegan Ruebens!

"Grand Life" Smoked Seitan is perfect for making Rueben sandwiches. I just heat it up in the microwave (shh! don't tell my boss), put it on toast with some raw sauerkruat, miso mayo and mustard. Dinner is served! It's got a great flavor and it works well on sandwiches and in other types of meals.
