Excellent Soap
I usually don't use bar soaps, but on the rare occasion i need to shower at the gym i take a bar with me. I have very dry skin, and this soap effectively keeps me moisturized all day long. Yet somehow, it is also sensitive enough for my face. Plus, I love that you can order exactly what you want in it - what an awesome idea!

Soap that leaves you feeling soft!
I've tried out Oregon Soap "Extra Strength Peppermint" over the past week and I really like it. It doesn't have the same kind of overpowering tingliness you get from Dr Bronner's liquid peppermint, and that's just fine! This soap feels great -- it rinses well and leaves my skin feeling soft, not taut and dry. I highly recommend it - they have some great scents and they plant a tree for every 10 bars sold.

The soap of choice for a conscious consumer
A friend of mine started making Oregon Soap about fourteen years ago. He (the Soapman and his wife asked me to help them expand to the Midwest this past fall. The soap is amazing and I was only to happy to assist.
Soapman has taken green to a whole new level!
This soap lasts forever, in fact I was anxious to try the other "flavors" long before the one in my shower gave out.
Free of artificial fragrances, colors and detergents use this soap with complete confidence that you are not applying toxins to your skin.
Because it's gently moisturizing I don't feel dryed out when I dry off. Scent lasts until bar is finished my favorites so far are Soapman Spice, French Clay and Geranium, and Patchouli.
Does not get goopy, cracked or shriveled, I can hardly believe how different it is from mass produced brands.
The Soapman has got it right for every ten bars of soap sold one tree is planted!
Oregon Soap Company uses 100% renewable enegry sources for their shop and offices, using reclaimed wood for all displays, using 100% post consumer recycled paper for promotion and packaging materials!

We're so clean
We purchased 8 bars of a variety of scents from the Oregon Soap Company and we have used their soaps for the past few years. We first found this company at the San Francisco Green Festival. We were disappointed last year when they were not here. We love so many products and services here, that it is hard to pick just one to write about, but we do feel that this is a very high quality product. It keeps us clean all year round!
