A spork is sustainable because it combines the usefulness of a fork and spoon into one utensil - so efficient! Spork is also a pretty good new restaurant in the Mission run by the former chef of Delfina, Slow Club, Citizen Cake, Postrio and more. Bruce, chef/owner of Spork strives to redefine tasty American classics by incorporating top local ingredients, all natural meats, and sustainable seafood. I tried the mussels, pork with a Spork which was delicious with the perfect broth for bread dipping. The ambiance is a little too hip and loud, but the prices are decent and the sustainable food aspect is a huge plus!
