Not everything from Trader Joe's is good for you or the environment!

This is one step up from ramen noodles, but it contains way more packaging. It is a plastic bowl, wrapped in plastic wrap, then surrounded by cardboard. Within the plastic bowl is a plastic packet. When you open that you will find three other plastic packets, each with some sort of seasoning in it.

Not eco-friendly!

Also not that great for you. One bowl contains 26% of a day's sodium.
