Pilates and yoga studio.
Address map 1414 Castro StI get a warm feeling when I walk into the Spring Pilates studio. Sure, it's a nice, open, and airy space, and suprisingly quiet (considering it's right on Castro Street in the heart of Noe Valley). But what I like most about this place is the people. The instructors are friendly, the people greeting you at the front desk are friendly, and the owner herself is wonderful, too. On top of that, they are passionate about running the studio in the most eco-friendly way possible. I tip my hat to them!

I have been training at Spring Pilates for the last two years and feel a radical change in my body. I feel much stronger and my body definitely feels more aligned. Ky and the rest of the instructors are truly great!
And their new studio was renovated in an eco-conscious manner, with bamboo floors, low VOC emissions paint, and utilization of natural lighting.
