Creamy nut hummus...

I know what you're thinking - how can it be hummus if it is made of nuts? It's darned tasty, that's for sure - it's smoother and creamier than garbanzo hummus, more along the consistency of a white bean tapenade like you find on the table with your read at Millennium in San Francisco.

Apart from being absolutely delicious - sprouted raw nut hummus is good for you - here are some tidbits from the company website:

-- Living and raw foods are fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts that are not heated above 118 degrees.
-- Sprouting removes the enzyme inhibitors naturally present in raw nuts -- this improves our ability to use the nutrients in the nuts, great source of protein and flavor
