I love potatoes!
I confess - french fries and mashed potatoes are one of my greatest comfort foods. Every couple of months, I'll get a craving for some oven baked french fries, crispy and stuck to the cookie sheet - with barbeque sauce. These are a great snack after a late night out at a concert or working late -- I just make a pile of fries in the oven or toaster oven. It's got to be better than tortilla chips!
After reading "Fast Food Nation" - I don't want to get the same potatoes that everyone else is using. Cascadian Farms ensures high quality organic potatoes - now if only we could do something about that plastic bag...
