Too much plastic

I love these Organic string cheese (and other flavors) packs, but I hate that each is individually wrapped - necessary I guess? and then packaged in yet another plastic bag. There is way to too much plastic packaging here. I'd prefer something more sustainable. But they are a great snack and yummy.

A Cheesy Way to Learn...

Did you know that Stringles taste good because of earthworms? Yep. They wiggle around and keep the soil nutrient-rich. The cows eat the nutritious grass, which makes great milk, and the milk goes on to become the main ingredient in Stringles. You learn all this on the back of the Stringles package, where mom's (why not dad's too) are encouraged to go online for nutrition information, recipes, price-saving coupons and games for kids.

I eat a Stringles or two for a mid-day snack. I like that Organic Valley is Oregon Tilth certified.
