greasy like french fries

i have a bad habit of using highly toxic sunblock. i have tattoos that need to be protected and i never really wanted to try a less-toxic version and risk getting burnt (my mother suffers from skin cancer, too).
i decided to give it a shot anyway, because I really should find a better alternative. i purchased nature's gate sunblock 30, which was the highest SPF i could find in the natural options. it was also one of the more affordable, since they are all insanely expensive.

to be honest, i'm not really sure how well it worked. all i noticed was how greasy it was. i put it on 30 minutes before i went outside. after being outside for a bit, it quickly ran into my eyes which burns badly. this for me is a huge problem, which i imagine would be the case for almost anyone.
