Local Coop and a friendly face

The Syracuse Real food Coop is more that a corner grocery store. They carry produce, bulk foods, packaged foods, and even some local meats. They always have a smile when you walk in the door. They are a little small, but maximize the space they have. The bulletin board is also a great place to get the word out about local gatherings. If I had one wish it would be they would add a hot bar and a juice bar.
