The spray kind is better
As gross as this sounds, I didn't really like the stone because it seemed like it would pick up the smell of my armpit. I switched to the Thai spray and it works great. I also put Miessence deoderant on over the spray, just because I like my armpits to have a good scent. Even though the stone is not my favorite, it is better than the cancer deoderant sticks with all the chemicals.

Natural non sticky deodorant - that works
It is one of those things that is just great, but does not really fit into the big business commerce. It is a crystal from a salt that prevents the bacteria to make the sweat smell bad. I have both a stone and a spray and I will never use a roll-on again in my life! http://www.deodorantstones.com/
